If you’ve been impatiently waiting for Q-Tip and Busta Rhymes‘ Abstract and the Dragon to drop, the wait is almost over! This evening at exactly midnight, the joint project will be readily available for all the Midnight Marauders to devour.

For the past 20 years, Busta and Q have worked closely together as part of the Native Tongues crew and have developed a bond of hip hop brotherhood that led to their first collaborative mixtape. Just before its official release, the duo is teasing us with Butch & Sundance, a soulful track which combines instrumentals from a jazz-infused loop and Q and Busta’s signature quick-spit rhyming styles in timbres that are unmistakably theirs.
