Novice rapper, Boldy James drops his first LP today produced by Alchemist. My 1st Chemistry Set is one of many LPs conducted by the Alchemist, who has been working extensively with under-exposed rappers to push projects such as this one. Domo Genisis, Prodigy, Durag Dynasty, Action Bronson, Curren$y and Fashawn have all worked with Alch’ while releasing their LPs.
The My 1st Chemistry Set LP is the aftermath of a series of successful mix tapes by the Detroit native, who is cousin to Cool Kids member Chuck Inglish. The LP includes features by Action Bronson, Earl Sweatshirt, Da$h, and many more. Besides bagging dope features, Boldy James has established a substantial fan base in the short time he’s been in the game—his fans even compare him to a young Prodigy. What I find the most appealing about James is his consistency – he has masterfully balanced a hand full of variables to drop an LP worth listening to.
