J. Dilla’s “Dillatroit” Tracklist x Artwork presented by Mahogani Music

Over the next few weeks some great things will be happening in regards to the legacy of James Dewitt Yancey. On May 25th, the project “Dillatroit” which is a limited edition vinyl-only EP, will be released by Mahogani Music. This EP features previously unheard tracks by J. Dilla. A couple weeks after that, the highly anticipated “Rebirth of Detroit” will be released on June 12th under Ma Dukes’ new label Ruff Draft. This is amazing news for Dilla fans worldwide and is a positive reflection on the future of Detroit music. Check out snippets from “Dillatroit” below:
