One of my best homegirls has been going through some major bullsh*t with drug and alcohol addiction these past few months. She just can’t shake it and as one of the few real people in her life, I’ve been at sea trying to figure out how to help. Anyone whose been there knows it always feels like you’re doing everything you can and still somehow, you’re always failing.

Yesterday though, in between bouts of drunkeness and hauling her off to another detox centre, me and her had a moment. She came over to my place asked me to put this video on and just listen.
